Cannatural will be closing on Thursday 23rd December for our festive break, returning on Tuesday 4th January ready for the start of 2022.
As a result of our annual shutdown, orders will not be dispatched as usual over the festive period. Please see below for a summary of our dispatch dates.
To ensure your order reaches you in time for Christmas, UK mainland customers are recommended to order by Monday 20th December. For Ireland and all other international customers, we recommend ordering by Wednesday 15th December. Please note that there may be delivery delays due to the busy festive period.
Thursday 23rd December – LAST DISPATCH BEFORE CHRISTMAS (Christmas Eve Delivery for Mainland UK).
Thursday 30th December – DISPATCHING ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 1pm Thursday 23rd Dec and 1pm Thursday 30th Dec.
Tuesday 4th January – DISPATCHING ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 1pm Thursday 30th Dec and 1pm Tuesday 4th Jan.
Wednesday 5th January – SERVICE RETURNS AS NORMAL.
For all subscription orders that renew during the festive period, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after the renewal date. For example, a subscription that renews on 26th December will be dispatched on Thursday 30th December.
