Delivery

Order Processing & Dispatch

For all orders placed before 1pm, we aim to dispatch your item(s) for delivery on the same working day. However, we cannot guarantee this. This is of course, subject to payment (if paying by bank transfer) and your item being in stock at the time of order placement.

We do not dispatch on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Shipping & Handling

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail on a tracked service.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS message to inform you that an attempt will be made to deliver your parcel. You will then receive a final SMS message to confirm your parcel has been delivered.

All of our parcels are insured against loss or damage and sent with proof of postage, for your peace of mind.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Working Days): £3.48
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 Working Days): £5.24
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (1pm Next Day, Monday – Friday): £7.49

For smooth and speedy delivery of your parcel, please ensure all of your details are correct and up to date when you checkout. Once your parcel has been dispatched, please liaise directly with Royal Mail to ensure the safe and timely receipt of your parcel.

 

Click & Collect

If you are local, or visiting the local area and would like to collect your order, please get in touch by emailing customerservice@cannatural.co.uk to arrange a convenient date and time.

Collection can be made from Cannatural, First Floor, 47 Upper Bar, Newport, Shropshire TF10 7AP. Access to the first floor is gained to the left hand side of the building via an external staircase.

Please note we are a non-store retailer; the address provided is a postal address only, not a retail facility. As such, the address is not always manned and prior contact is required to arrange your collection.

 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 24

All parcels are tracked; they are scanned when they are collected and their progress can be monitored online via the Royal Mail Track and Trace system. Email and SMS notifications will keep you updated with the delivery of your parcel and if you are not available to accept delivery, you can provide Royal Mail with a Safeplace where your parcel can be left.

Please note the Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 24 services don’t require a signature upon delivery. If your order is showing as being delivered, please check with neighbours and in safe places where your parcel may have been left.

If you have a shared mailbox we recommend using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, as this does require a signature upon delivery.

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed

For Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, all parcels are tracked; they are scanned when they are collected and their progress can be monitored online via the Royal Mail Track and Trace system.

Royal Mail are unable to leave items in a Safeplace when on a Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service, as a signature is required upon delivery. This means we cannot provide Royal Mail with any delivery instructions left at checkout when using this service.
