Discounts For Benefits Claimants
When Cannatural was founded, one of our main objectives was to help more people gain access to the beneficial products of the cannabis plant, and in particular CBD.
One way we can achieve this is by offering competitive pricing on our products. Another is to provide a discount for those who need it the most.
The Help To Access Scheme is a discount scheme for benefits claimants, which provides a 15% discount on all products.
Applying for the scheme
To become applicable for the discount:
- Contact us by email on customerservice@cannatural.co.uk, providing your full name and a copy of your benefits decision notice letter. We ask that your name and address, as well as the date and decision are clearly visible. We suggest this is done by scanning or taking a good quality photo of the letter and attaching it to your email.
- Once received, we will review and confirm by return if you are eligible for the scheme.
- Assuming you are, we will send you a unique promo code for 15% off all products. The promo code will last for 6 months.
- When the promo code expires please email us with a copy of a recent letter or bank statement to show you are still in receipt of benefits payments. We will then re-activate your code for a further 6 months.
There are no restrictions on order value, or the number of orders you can place using the scheme, however, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer – for example on sale items or in combination with another promo code.
Cannatural would love to offer a greater discount, however, as we do not manufacture the products we sell, it unfortunately means we have less flexibility with pricing.
We are firm believers that we all have a right to access natural plant medicines, provided by our planet for our use. So, we do hope that the Help To Access Scheme can help us achieve our goal of providing access to CBD products for more people; in particular people who normally may not be able to, due to cost.
