I’ve been using this variety of CBD for six months now, it’s worked wonders, I had aching joints and muscles, went to the Doctor numerous times with no joy, started taking Endoca CBD 3% and I’m great now, able to walk the dog, garden and go for long walks which I couldn’t before because my joints would ache so bad afterwards. I’ve recommended it to others. You have to play around with the dose to find what’s best for you, I started with 2/3 drops three times a days, then increased slowly to find what suited me, I take about 6 drops 3 times a day, the last one at bedtime, but you must find what’s best for you.
